At food systems unlimited we are passionate about serving the freshest and highest quality food in a clean, healthy environment. The more you know about us, the more you will appreciate the unique and bold flavors presented in our "always cooked fresh" menu items. We do not process our foods. We start fresh each and every day. Our fine ingredients, produce, and other foods are bought locally and are community driven. All of our signature dishes are prepared from scratch and marinated with a stringent process in our own kitchens. Our commitment to quality ingredients with fresh and appealing flavors, and excellent service, provides a unique dining experience at an incredible value. It is no wonder food systems unlimited has earned a reputation for serving the most "distinctive food court cuisine" in the industry.
OLD SAN JUAN has been serving the beautiful community of Gainesville for the past three years. It’s by demand of the Hispanic population and every person who has tried our food and supported us, that we decided to fulfill that request and established OLD SAN JUAN LATIN BAKERY as part of the Food Court at Oaks Mall. We want to satisfy your cravings for a Latin food, with excellent homemade flavor, at reasonable prices and above all, with an excellent service. It’s for these reasons that OLD SAN JUAN LATIN BAKERY is preparing an authentic, exquisite and varied Puerto Rican menu that includes all the culinary delights that everyone wants to enjoy. We will have available a variety of rice, beans, meats, chicken, seafood, roasted and fried pork, our empanadas, of various flavors, a variety of sandwiches including the Cuban sandwich and our famous “Tripleta” made with our tasty “pan sobao” baked daily in our kitchen to the delight of all of you. We also include salads, homemade soups and a variety of appetizers and desserts such as our “Flan” and the Puerto Rican “mojadito” cake. We can’t fail to mention our main and famous dish, the “MOFONGO” stuffed with meats, chicken or seafood.
