Mall Walkers

Beat the Florida heat and have an enjoyable walk in our climate-controlled environment. Mall Entrances open at 7:00am Monday thru Saturday and at 11:00am on Sundays; giving you ample time to walk before the stores open for business.

The Oaks Mall supports Alachua Habitat for Humanity

The Oaks Mall has partnered with Alachua Habitat for Humanity to work on elimination of poverty housing in our community. This is a part of national partnership between General Growth Properties, The Oaks Mall's owner/management company and Habitat for Humanity International. Over the next three years, shoppers will be invited to participate in fundraising events, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities to benefit Alachua Habitat for Humanity. AMBER Alert Notifications Uniting America to Protect All Children

The first few hours are the most important when it comes to finding missing children. When there is an active AMBER Alert in the community, signage will be placed in the mall in high traffic locations. Thousands of shoppers will have access to the information, giving tremendous advantage to law enforcement working against the clock to reunite these children with their families.
