Coach is actively searching for a Senior Sales Associate 32+ hours per week The Sr. Sales Associate contributes to the Coach Store environment and modern luxury customer experience by ensuring the standards and values of the Coach brand are maintained with the highest level of quality and excellence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to • Meeting personal sales and productivity goals, and delivering service that meets or exceeds client expectations • Utilizing Coach’s modern luxury skills and behaviors. • Supports management in performing some daily managerial tasks and is also responsible for helping to achieve all store goals. • Creates an inviting, and approachable customer experience. • Develops customer’s engagement and loyalty with the Coach brand. • Ensures all daily tasks are completed while ensuring the customer expectations are exceeded. • Resolves customer concerns and meets their needs in a timely manner through solution oriented and forward thinking. • Partners with store management when appropriate. The ideal candidate must take Ownership and accountability for achieving individual goals, and understands how individual performance impacts store results. Achieves and exceeds goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers. Understands and demonstrates Coach hosting and selling behaviors. Deeply focused on the customer experience, developing customer loyalty and repeat business Qualifications • 3-5 years of selling experience in a luxury retail environment. Has developed a clientele and uses their client book to achieve sales goals. • Bachelor’s degree preferred, • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use IPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet) • Proven ability to create strategies and deliver results • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team (both oral and written), maneuver sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements, • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.
